Gastronomy is of paramount importance on board the entire CroisiEurope fleet. Nevertheless, we have chosen to take the cuisine on board to the next level on our four-day gastronomic cruises, during which passengers experience a festival of culinary delights. First of all we have a cruise on the Rhône, including a meal at renowned chef Paul Bocuse’s famous Abbaye de Collonges, and then on the Rhine, we are delighted to have on board Marc Haeberlin, a 3-starred Michelin chef and Serge Dubs, the best sommelier in the world.
