More than 30 days before your departure, you will be able to :


  • Postpone your reservation at no charge to any other departure in 2021 or 2022 for any reason whatsoever


  • Cancel your reservation and request a refund under the Covid insurance that will have been taken out beforehand, if the required conditions apply (see below for further information about the insurance policy)


  • Cancel your reservation without any reason - the usual terms and conditions apply


Within 30 days of your departure, you will be able to :


  • Postpone your reservation free of charge to any other departure in 2021 or 2022 if you are affected by Covid (on presentation of a positive test)


  • Cancel your reservation and request a refund under the Covid insurance that will have been taken out beforehand, if the required conditions apply (see below for further information about the insurance policy).


  • Cancel your reservation without any reason - the usual terms and conditions apply


If the cruise is cancelled due to CroisiEurope, you will be able to :


  •  Postpone your reservation to another date without charge


  • Request a voucher


  • Request a refund of the amounts paid


These booking conditions are not applied retroactively to existing bookings (bookings made before 01/03/2021). The cancellation and postponement conditions are valid for the cruise service only. For other services, especially air services, cancellation is at the actual cost requested by the airlines. More information in the section "General conditions of sale".

Our assistance/repatriation insurance adapts to the current situation


We wanted to respond as well as possible to your current concerns by developing our insurance offers in partnership with Europ Assistance.

 

The optional Travel Cancellation insurance now covers the risk of COVID / pandemic. The sums committed at the time of your reservation will thus be refunded to you in the event that a virus contamination makes it impossible to carry out your cruise.

 

The assistance / repatriation insurance, included in all our cruises, also takes into consideration the COVID / pandemic risk. We now offer you the possibility to add to your reservations (already made or to come) this optional COVID / pandemic repatriation insurance.
