Access to the boat:

For security reasons, the doors are locked.

To enter, you will need to enter the 4-digit code corresponding to the day and month of embarkation.

To exit, simply press the button (gold plate on the wall next to the door).

Boat arrival and departure:

Upon arrival, you will receive two cabin cards. Insert them into the box at the entrance to activate the electricity.

When returning to the ship, we ask that you please be back on board 30 minutes before departure.

Meal times:

Breakfast: 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. • Lunch: 12 p.m. • Dinner: 7 p.m. (varies depending on the programme).

Menus:

These are displayed the day before on the television in your cabin.

Restaurant:

The restaurant is closed outside of service hours.

You will find the opening hours on your television programme.

An announcement is made before each service to invite you to take your place in the restaurant.

Bar:

The bar is open every day from 9 a.m.

Most drinks are included at the bar and restaurant, with only a few available at an extra charge.

You will find details on the drinks menus.

Water:

Water bottles in your room can be refilled at the lounge bar, at the water fountain.

The water is drinkable and treated.

Programme:

It is displayed at reception and will be announced at each meal in the restaurant.

Excursions:

An information meeting will be held at the start of the cruise.

Audio guides:

Audio guides are available in the cabins, along with a charger.

Please remember to recharge the devices after each excursion to ensure they are fully operational for subsequent visits.

Television:

If your television displays a blue screen, you will need to press the ATV/DTV button on your remote control to reconnect to our satellite.

Loudspeakers:

To adjust the volume of the microphone announcements, the button is located on the wall above the bed.

To ensure that the sound is audible, set the button to the middle of the slider.

To mute the sound, set it to 0.

Heating and air conditioning:

The dial allows you to adjust the temperature.

The button at the top right allows you to adjust the fan speed: low, medium or high.

The button below allows you to select heating, with warm air (push the button up), or air conditioning, with cool air (push the button down).

Safe:

1 – RED BUTTON:

Press the red button located inside the back of the safe door. The yellow light will flash twice, then close the door.

2 – CODE + #

Enter the chosen code, 3 to 8 digits

and press #

If successful, the yellow light will flash twice!

3- TURN THE DIAL

then turn the dial to the left.

4- OPEN THE SAFE

To open your safe, enter your code and press #. The green light will come on, then turn the dial to the right.

Please keep your valuables (money, bank cards, passports, jewellery, etc.) under supervision.

Read the instructions carefully before using the safe to avoid blocking it.

Cleaning and towels:

Your cabin will be cleaned every day between 8am and 11am.

If you do not wish to be disturbed, please place the red card on the door.

Please remember to leave your towels on the floor if you would like them to be changed.

Non-smoking boat:

The boats in the CroisiEurope fleet are strictly non-smoking. However, you may smoke on the Sun Deck or at the front of the boat.

Repairs:

Please report any problems using the form provided for this purpose and hang it on your door handle (outside).
