Access to the ship:

At each port of call, the automatic doors will be locked. To board: enter the following code: 2369B

To open the doors from the inside, press the "OUVERTURE PORTE" button located on the wall next to the door.

Departure and return on board:

Your cabin card is used to open the door and is inserted into the box at the entrance to turn on the electricity in the cabin.

Please take the green cards from reception before going out. This allows us to know who has gone ashore or returned on board.

For returns on board, we ask you to please be back on board 15 minutes before the ship's departure.

Meal times:

Breakfast: 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM • Lunch: 12:00 PM • Dinner: 7:00 PM (variable depending on the programme).

Menus:

They are displayed the evening before on your cabin television.

Restaurant:

The restaurant is closed outside of service hours. You will find the opening hours on your television programme. An announcement is made before each service to invite you to take your seat at the restaurant.

Bar:

The bar is open every day from 9:30 AM.

The majority of drinks are included at the bar and in the restaurant, only a few are chargeable. You will find the details on the drinks menus.

Water:

The water is drinkable and treated. The water bottles in the cabin can be refilled at the lounge-bar, at the water fountain.

Programme:

It is displayed at reception and will be announced at each meal in the restaurant.

Excursions:

An information meeting will take place at the beginning of the cruise.

Audio guides:

We provide you with audio guides and a charger in the cabins for guided excursions. Do not forget to charge the devices after each visit so that they work properly for all excursions. This equipment is under deposit; any loss or damage will be charged at €80.

Television:

We recommend consulting the television programme for the detailed daily schedule with times and menus: Channels 91, 92 or 93.

Safe:

We kindly ask you to keep your valuables (money, bank cards, important documents such as your passport, jewellery, etc.) under watch. These must be kept in your safe.

Housekeeping and bath towels:

Your cabin is maintained every day from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. If you do not wish to be disturbed, place the red card on the door. Do not forget to remove it before 11:00 AM, otherwise cleaning will only be done the following day.

Leave your towels on the floor for them to be changed.

Non-smoking ship:

CroisiEurope fleet ships are strictly non-smoking. However, smoking is permitted on the Sun Deck or at the front of the ship.
