At each stop, the automatic doors will be locked. To board, enter the following code: 3103A.

Departure from the boat:

We ask that you leave your cabin key at reception when you leave the boat and collect it when you return on board.

When returning to the ship, we ask that you please be back on board 30 minutes before departure.

Meal times:

Breakfast: 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. • Lunch: 12 p.m. • Dinner: 7 p.m. (varies depending on the programme).

Menus:

These are displayed the day before on the television in your cabin.

Restaurant:

The restaurant is closed outside of service hours.

You will find the opening hours on your television programme.

An announcement is made before each service to invite you to take your place in the restaurant.

Bar:

The bar is open every day from 10 a.m.

Most drinks are included at the bar and restaurant, with only a few available at an extra charge.

You will find details on the drinks menus.

Water bottles in your room can be refilled at the lounge bar, at the water fountain.

Water:

The water is drinkable and treated.

Programme:

It is displayed at reception and will be announced at each meal in the restaurant.

Excursions:

An information meeting will be held at the start of the cruise.

Audio guides:

Audio guides are available in the cabins, along with a charger.

Please remember to recharge the devices after each excursion to ensure they are fully operational for subsequent visits.

Television:

We recommend that you consult the television programme for details of the daily schedule with times and menus: Channel 91.

Loudspeakers:

To maximise the volume of announcements, position the button to the right.

To mute the sound, set the buttons to 0.

Heating and air conditioning:

Set the knob to (I) to turn on the air conditioning or to (O) to turn it off.

The left knob allows you to adjust the fan speed: low, medium or high.

The knob below allows you to select heating, with warm air (push the knob to the left)

or air conditioning, with cool air (push the knob to the right).

Finally, the dial on the right allows you to adjust the temperature.

Safe:

To open your safe, you must first enter the 4-digit code of your choice, then press the green button.

You will need to remember this combination until the end of your cruise.

Please keep your valuables (money, bank cards, passports, jewellery, etc.) under your supervision.

Cleaning and towels:

Your cabin will be cleaned every day between 8 am and 10:30 am.

If you do not wish to be disturbed, please place the red card on the door. Remember to remove it before 10:30 am, otherwise cleaning will not be carried out until the following day.

Please leave your towels on the floor to be changed.

Non-smoking boat:

The boats in the CroisiEurope fleet are strictly non-smoking. However, you may smoke on the Sun Deck or at the front of the boat.

Repairs:

Please report any problems using the form provided for this purpose and hang it on your door handle (outside).
