Access to the ship:

For security reasons, the doors are closed during the night.

If you decide to come back late, ask for the key at the reception desk.

Departure of the ship:

For returns on board, we ask you to please be back on board 30 minutes before the ship's departure.

Restaurant:

The restaurant is closed outside of service hours.

You will find the opening hours on your television programme.

An announcement is made before each service to invite you to take your seat at the restaurant.

Bar:

The bar is open every day from 9:00 AM.

The majority of drinks are included at the bar and in the restaurant, only a few are chargeable.

You will find the details on the drinks menus.

Programme:

It is displayed at reception and will be announced at each meal in the restaurant.

Audio guides:

We provide you with audio guides and a charger in the cabins for guided excursions. Do not forget to charge the devices after each visit so that they work properly for all excursions.

This equipment is under deposit; any loss or damage will be charged at €100.

To reach reception, dial 9 during the day and 111 during the night.

To reach a cabin, dial the cabin number.

Loudspeakers:

If you do not wish to listen to the music, commentary or messages, you can turn off the loudspeaker.

Heating and air conditioning:

Place the button on (I) to turn the air conditioning on or on (O) to turn it off.

The left button allows you to adjust the ventilation intensity: low, medium or high.

The button below allows you to select heating, with warm air (push the button to the left) or air conditioning, with cold air (push the button to the right).

Finally, the dial on the right allows you to adjust the temperature.

Safe:

Turn the handle horizontally and enter your 4-digit code.

Your code will be saved and will become your password to open your safe.

Once your code has been saved, to open your safe you simply need to enter the 4 digits and turn the handle vertically.

We kindly ask you to keep your valuables (money, bank cards, important documents such as your passport, jewellery, etc.) under watch. These must be kept in your safe.

Housekeeping:

The cabin is cleaned every day from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM. If you do not wish to be disturbed, place the red card on the door. Remember to remove it before 9:30 AM, otherwise cleaning will only be done the following day.

Non-smoking ship:

CroisiEurope fleet ships are strictly non-smoking. However, smoking is permitted on the Sun Deck.
