Access to the ship:

For security reasons, the doors may be locked. To enter, you will need to enter the ship's code.

To exit, simply press the "Open Door" button on the wall next to the door.

Departure of the ship:

For returns on board, we ask you to please be back on board 30 minutes before the ship's departure.

Meal times:

Breakfast: 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM • Lunch: 12:00 PM • Dinner: 7:00 PM (variable depending on the programme).

Menus:

They are displayed the evening before on your cabin television.

Restaurant:

The restaurant is closed outside of service hours.

You will find the opening hours on your television programme.

An announcement is made before each service to invite you to take your seat at the restaurant.

Bar:

The bar is open every day from 10:00 AM.

The majority of drinks are included at the bar and in the restaurant, only a few are chargeable.

You will find the details on the drinks menus.

Water:

The water is drinkable and treated.

The water bottles in the cabin can be refilled at the lounge-bar, at the water fountain.

Programme:

It is displayed at reception and will be announced at each meal in the restaurant.

Excursions:

An information meeting will take place at the beginning of the cruise.

Audio guides:

Audio guides are available to you in the cabins, accompanied by a charger. Remember to recharge the devices after each excursion to ensure they are fully operational for the following visits.

We recommend consulting the television programme for the detailed daily schedule with times and menus: Channel 91

Loudspeakers:

If you do not wish to listen to the music, commentary or messages, you can turn off the loudspeaker.

Heating and air conditioning:

Press the On/Off button (top centre) to turn on or off.

The left button allows you to adjust the ventilation intensity: low, medium or high.

The right button allows you to select air conditioning (sun symbol), the automatic function ("a" symbol) or heating (warm air symbol).

Finally, the dial allows you to adjust the temperature (left for cold, right for warm).

Safe:

Enter your 4-digit code and finish by pressing the red "lock" button, your code will be saved and will become your password to open your safe.

Once your code has been saved, to open your safe you simply need to enter the 4 digits.

We kindly ask you to keep your valuables (money, bank cards, passport, jewellery, etc.) under watch.

TV screen mechanism:

These buttons are located at the head of your bed, between the pillows.

You will find two buttons: one to lower the television from the ceiling, the other to raise the screen back up.

The third button controls the cabin ceiling light.

Housekeeping and bath towels:

The cabin is cleaned every day from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM.

If you do not wish to be disturbed, place the red card on the door. Remember to remove it before 10:30 AM, otherwise cleaning will only be done the following day.

Leave your towels on the floor for them to be changed.

Non-smoking ship:

CroisiEurope fleet ships are strictly non-smoking. However, smoking is permitted on the Sun Deck (accessible via the stairs at the rear of the ship, behind the bar and reception).
