Boat access:

For security reasons, the doors are locked. A crew member is permanently present at the boarding/disembarking area for the control and checking of passenger cards.

Departure from the boat:

When returning to the ship, we ask that you please be back on board 30 minutes before departure.

Meal times:

Breakfast: 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. • Lunch: 12 p.m. • Dinner: 7 p.m. (varies depending on the programme).

Menus:

These are displayed the day before on the television in your cabin.

Restaurant:

The restaurant is closed outside of service hours.

You will find the opening hours on your television programme.

An announcement is made before each service to invite you to take your place in the restaurant.

Bar:

The bar is open every day from 10 a.m.

Most drinks are included at the bar and restaurant, with only a few available at an extra charge.

You will find details on the drinks menus.

Water:

The water is drinkable and treated.

Water bottles in your room can be refilled at the bar, at the water fountain.

Programme:

It is displayed at reception and will be announced at each meal in the restaurant.

Excursions:

An information meeting will be held at the start of the cruise.

Audio guides:

Audio guides are available in the cabins, along with a charger.

Please remember to recharge the devices after each excursion to ensure they are fully operational for subsequent visits.

We kindly ask you to keep your valuables (money, bank card, important documents such as passport, jewellery…) under surveillance. These must be kept in your safe.

Cleaning and towels:

Your cabin will be cleaned every day.

If you do not wish to be disturbed, please place the "Do not disturb" card on the door.

Please leave your towels on the floor to be changed.

Non-smoking boat:

This vessel is non-smoking but has a smoking area on the sun deck and on the panoramic terrace of deck 4 at the rear of the boat.

Repairs:

Please report any problems using the form provided for this purpose and hang it on your door handle (outside).
