Cabin card and identification card:
Upon boarding, two cards were given to you. The first one is used to open and close your cabin door. To do so, simply insert it horizontally into the door with the number facing up. The second card is an identification card. This card is personal and bears your name. For your safety, you will be required to carry and present your card every time you go ashore and come back on board. This ensures we can confirm your presence on board before leaving each port. This card may also be requested by port authorities upon entry or exit of the port.
Daily programme:
A detailed daily programme is placed at the entrance of your cabins each evening after dinner. It will include the next day's navigation schedule, excursion departure times, and meal times served on board.
Daily cleaning:
Our cleaning service starts at 8:00 AM and ends at 2:00 PM daily. We also provide a turndown service (a housekeeping service preparing your cabin for a perfect night's sleep) between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM. If you do not wish to be disturbed, please place the red card on the outside handle of your cabin door.
Drinking water:
The water on board is drinkable and treated. We invite you to use the Retap bottles for your water consumption on board. Plastic bottles make up the majority of waste accumulated in our seas and oceans. CroisiEurope is committed to reducing its environmental impact by turning to recyclable and reusable packaging. You will find two 50cL Retap bottles on the desk in your cabin, which you can refill as you wish using the filtered water station installed in the Discoverer Lounge, deck 5. There you will find a choice of still or sparkling water (chilled or at room temperature).
Laundry:
A laundry service is available on board. Please use the cleaning slip and laundry bag provided for this purpose, which you will find in the wardrobe drawer. You can leave everything on your bed. Items received before 9:00 AM will be returned before 6:00 PM the same day. Payment for the service will be made at the reception desk.
Bath towels:
White bath towels are intended for use in your cabins. Blue towels are for use at the ship's swimming pool. CroisiEurope cares about reducing its environmental impact. A towel hung up indicates that you wish to reuse it. A towel left on the floor indicates that you would like it changed. The planet thanks you for your eco-friendly gesture.
