We will leave by coach for Ungersheim and its open-air museum&mdash;dressed to the nines for the holiday season. Take advantage of some free time to wander the village streets and learn about Alsatian traditions. We&rsquo;ll have lunch in a local restaurant before heading to Colmar. Colmar is a cornucopia of tastes and sites during the holidays. Spend some time strolling through the five Christmas markets that dot the city, enjoying what the ambiance has to offer.

Colmar Christmas market and the Ecomus&eacute;e d&#39;Alsace in Ungersheim

Our first stop on this tour will be in Freiburg to spend some time at its Christmas market, one of the most beautiful in Germany. Set up in the old part of town, it has something for everyone, including handcrafts such as blown glass, candles, and wooden toys. Enjoy some time on your own to discover what it has to offer.
